Newsletter service

The data that AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK ApS get and store from you when you sign up to our newsletter are:

These data are stores in the newsletter service system provided to us as part of your webpage packaged. We keep these information until you decide to unsubscribe our newsletter service. Once you have unsubscribed your data is automatically deleted.

Consultancy Assignments

AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK ApS carries out consultancy for clients and any data provided to us regarding our clients are sored on our own server with no access to external units. The personal data we obtain in regards to our consultancy assignments are:

  • Company data
  • Registration number, VAT number
  • Relevant names of employees engaged in the assignment(s)
  • CV´s

We keep all data regarding our consultancy assignments in 5 years which is legally determined in the tax- and audit law/act.

Applications for jobs/positions

AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK ApS gets a number of unsolicited job applications from job seeking people and young talents. All applications that we find interesting to keep for later job opportunity is followed by a consent statement from the applicant. No application is stored for more than 6 month. All applications are hereafter being destructed as classified material accordingly to Danish recycling law.
